FYI. While Clenbuterol is a performance-enhancing drug of sorts, it is no a steroid.
"However, Clenbuterol is a stimulant, or sympathomimetic amine, and not an anabolic steroid. Other drugs in this family are Adderall, Ephedrine, Albuterol and Caffeine."

Clenbuterol*is a*steroid*like substance, but not a*steroid. It falls into a group of drugs known as beta-2-agonists.*Clenbuterol*shares similarities with stimulant drugs (i.e. increase heart rate, blood pressure, perspiration, etc.) such as adrenalin (ephedrine) and amphetamines.Comment

Clenbuterol is clearly a PED. I don't think anyone disputes that. Most folks believe Canelo was deliberately using it for the 1st fight and even before that. With VADA testing, the likelihood that Canelo will be juiced for the next fight is pretty low. Some of these same folks are expecting a weak Canelo at fight time and are going to bet accordingly. If Canelo is telling the truth (I know no one believes that) he will probably be in better shape than before and give GGG a tougher fight than expected. But having said that, if Canelo wins he loses because no one will believe he is not on PEDs. If he loses, which he probably will because GGG is a better fighter, to some that will be "proof" that he was using PEDS. It is win/lose and lose/lose. Alvarez can't win.Comment
