Dude just got dropped by Linares after basically being in an even fight.

Pacquiao even at this stage would be a threat - because Pac is quicker than Linares and I don't think Loma's chin has really been tested yet. Would be interesting and the fight I'd want to see Pac take if not Khan.

So I’ll take it from there? You want to see someone pummeled over their personal politics??

Too bad there aren't very many real boxing writers today, Fitzsimmons is no exception.

If Pac continues to fight, I'd rather see him challenge what is left of his abilities against top tier opposition. If he continues to cash in paydays against the likes of the Alexanders, Broners, and Bertos, they can still be entertaining scraps, but he will be fighting beneath his level. I'd rather see him take on more evenly matched prime elites such as Mikey Garcia, Thurman, Loma who are closer to his size, while being cognizant of his limitations and not taking on dangerous, much bigger opponents like Spence and Crawford.

Besides Loma pack needs to avoid Garcia, Crawford , and Spence they will brutalize him.. I'd even pick Porter to beat him as for the pics of the week I will go with Diaz by a TKO over the Japanese opponent and Booth elisie from South Africa I saw him a few years ago against Adrian Hernandez from Mexico and he was just destroyed in less than two rounds a weak jaw...

Yeah people are dumb if they think Loma is just going to run through even this version of Manny.

People keep thinking about the Horn fight where Pac barely trained and was out muscled by the much bigger man.

News flash Loma would struggle against Horn too...

Loma might settle into being a medium sized lightweight eventually. As of now hes more like a Super Feather. Manny would not be bothered by any of Loma's punches. He would walk through everything Loma has to offer, and fire back quick left hands.

I really dont want Arum to fall for this trap and ruin the Loma train. Just keep him away from Manny and build up the Garcia fight, which is much more interesting and competitive.

Loma is not that much quicker than Pac, and he wont be able to slip the fire that Manny returns in the pocket. Not all of it at least. Bradley fight was not that long ago, and Pac looked great against a top 15 p4p guy.

Pacquiao beat Loma 140lbs and over anytime. Too much power.

Why can't PAC ever fight a legit WW? He hasn't done it ever since he moved up in weight.
Other than Floyd in a fight he got beat up anyway, can you mention one true WW that PAC has fought?

PAC's career is littered with BUMS, journeymen and over the hill-past their prime boxers.
