Can Zurdo step up in competition in his next defense? I'd love to see him get a bigger name across the ring. I'm a fan of his but his title reign has been a bit mediocre to be honest. Hopefully he can get a bigger fight next.

He is only an average fighter in a division not overly Laden with talent and he picks the easiest ones available and the WBO gives him pretty much anything he wants they'll just sanction the fight and rank the Challenger... go down to MW or up to LHW... if he trains properly he can get to 160...

Zurdo is one of those fighters that needs tough opposition to bring out the best in him... feeding him bums discourages him from any real challenge mentally! I hope to see zurdo vs uzcategui winner getting Benaviez!

sucks for you to discredit Arthur Abraham when he put up a hell of a fight vs Zurdo in Germany! or what you think ZR just made the trip said hello to AB and walked away a champion? come on now!!! and before you discredit AB " again" for being whatever it is that you want him to be, he fought ZR in 04/16 AB had a streak of 8 wins before zurdo! meaning the last time he lost was in 03/13... after AB. Zurdo competition has not been the best.
