But, I reckon it was the Mexican mafia who tainted his meat as punishment after the first fight draw. They had huge money on a Canelo win and lost a month's worth of drug profits when he only drew. They were so disgusted that they then put a huge bet on the next fight being cancelled [you can bet on anything these days]. They tainted all the meat in the town where he was eating [not difficult as they control the meat plants all over Mexico] and then had Canelo tailed day and night. Once they were sure he'd be busted in a test they placed their bet.

Sorry i don't buy it, in cahoots with golovkin? possibly. This has smear campaign written all over it, far fetched to claim golovkin personally tainted the meat/and or samples? yes i suppose so, but i know for a fact he was involved in the operation to taint the meat and to taint Canelo's name.
