Comments Thread For: Joshua: If Wilder Fight Doesn't Happen, I'll Happily Fight Fury

If Anthony Joshua's schedule goes according to his supposed plan, he'll beat Alexander Povetkin on September 22 at Wembley Stadium and then get ready for a heavyweight showdown with Deontay Wilder at the same venue April 13. But if Joshua defeats Povetkin and his fight against Wilder doesn't materialize next, Joshua gladly would face Tyson Fury

Fury is a tub of lard jelly roll and should lay off the buffets. The guy is a clown car show that only gets headlines because he is a freak show like Marilyn Manson. Sorry UK but if this fight makes millions within the UK that’s just very sad. I don’t know if it’s the “Real World” soap opera effect that has folks mesmerized but 5 years ago the hard core UK fans wouldn’t stand for this garbage or spend their hard earned money watching a Maury Povich episode

Fury isn't there yet, let him get his fitness back, it might take 3/4 fights but once he is back it would be a schooling for everyone at HW.

Am sure he was asked that question, every boxer has different options and we are all tired of these Joshua/Wilder saga now. If they want to do it then STFU and sign deals, if not fight others that are ready.

if that is his next 4 fights then that shows exactly why nobody is interested in heavyweights anymore. so many potential great fights but the fights just dont get made. years ago joshua and wilder would have fought 2-3 times now its not even certain they will fight. i hope Usyk schools the lot of them

Sorry, but Fury has lost a ton of weight and I rate him very high. A shredded physique doesn't mean $#!* in boxing. Take Bellew vs Haye 2. Based on physique, Haye would win by a mile, but we all know the outcome of that one.
