Everytime there's a hint of Ward returning my heart sinks. Boxing is starting to pick up and gain momentum. Last thing we need is for a boring, coma-inducing boxer coming out of retirement.

Usyk. My main reason is that the one can beat Usyk is a counter pincher and Gassiev leads and is too young. Though I would pick Gassiev to beat Usyk if they rematch when Gassiev is in his prime and Usyk is in decline.

Usyk beats him thoroughly. Remember in the first kovalev vs Ward we're kovalev was outboxing ward, and ward has no answer for kovalev's jab? Only reason why ward came back into the fight was because kovalev gassed badly about Midway through, and even then ward kept eating the jab. Scale up kovalev from 6'0 to 6'3,increase his reach from 72 1/2 inches to 78 inches, add several punches and combinations to his arsenal along with better foowork, and a gas tank that lasts for 12 rounds while throwing at high volume from all 3 distances. You tell me how ward wins that one.

He might actually stand a chance against Ward, he can definetely hurt him if he is able to connect.

I see it something like 60% Ward, 40% Usyk.
Yeah not so sure about that

I see it 100% Usyk by KO. I give Ward no chance to win. Ward uses his strength to employ wrestling, mauling in fighting tactics. He gets often away with illegal holding and hitting, especially in the Oakland area where he usually fights. None of that would work on the much bigger stronger Usyk. Ward can't beat Usyk by boxing him at long range either. Ward was dropped and hurt by Boone and Kovalev and Usyk hits harder than either of them. Ward doesn't have the punching power to hurt Uysk. The 25 pounds advantage Usyk has on Ward plus Usyk's all around skill, speed and power make him a sure winner over Ward in my opinion. If Ward came back at 175 I think Bivol would beat him.I don't think Ward was as good as you think he was.

I saw Kovalev knock Ward down, and credit should be given where credit is due, but the fact remains that Ward outboxed him for the majority of the remaining fight and knocked him out in the rematch. His haters are still crying about some nonexistent lowblow KO, lol.

LOL that you amazingly did not see the numerous very low blows Ward landed before the ref gifted him with a bogus KO.You are a Ward fan trying to make him sound better than he ever was. He is safely retired now so you can have him winning endless fantasy fights without fear of being proven wrong.

Bro, he has already defeated Kovalev twice, there is no need to humiliate the poor Easter Bunny a third time...
