what is up with height listings in sports?

I've noticed sooo much weird stuff from the NBA to boxing. Usyk is listed at 6'3 while gassiev is listed at 6'4, usyk clearly looks taller.

I'd say Usyk is definitely taller and all the predictions include that as one of his advantages over Gassiev, but looks like all the "official sites" have Gassiev as the taller man. Could it be a misleading observation related to how they are built?

Usyk looks more like 6'5 if gassiev is indeed 6'4. Taller is taller
