Adrien Broner and Danny Garcia have passed on fighting Pacquiao (over the money on offer) and that's just what's been made public.

We all know Broner was not worth what he asked and was not offered more so more like camp Manny passed on that. Then Garcia ducks any challenge, just ask his dad who is on record of his preference of soft competition for his lil boy.
