Boxing Champion using CrossFit?

Just got back from a CrossFit gym and hearing those fools spewing that CrossFit champions are the best all around athletes in the world.

But I think every boxer I heard of discovering the benefits of CrossFit wind up getting their ass kicked in their next fight.

Rob Guerrero is the only one that comes to mind now.

Am I wrong?

I don't think Cross Fit is very good for boxing.
