It's not going to be Loma or Bud against Pac. It's prolly going to be a MayPac rematch, unfortunately.

Given his career and all the top competition he faced never turning anyone down I believe this late stage he is allowed one

Arum would be so dumb to match Loma up with Manny. He thinks it would be an Oscar/Pac situation and hes very wrong. Manny can still fight very well and Loma is way too small. I cant imagine him lasting more than 6 rounds against Manny.

Loma doesnt even look big enough to be a lightweight. I would hate to see his star fade because he fought guys 3 divisions bigger than him.

No one wants to see that. The Loma thing is a real possibility because ESPN would pay huge money for it to be on ESPN+, and both camps really want the fight. I think Manny wants to fight smaller guys after the Horn fiasco, and honestly he should be. So I also see Mikey Garcia as a dark horse too

He never fought Zahir Raheem either, after Raheem beat Erik Morales. Or Shane Mosley before he got too old...Roach said he was too dangerous.

The fact is Pac's opponents were always carefully picked. Often with catchweights thrown in to give him a further advantage.

PAC is the CATCHWEIGHT king. Asterisks are due in a few of his fight though. He had weightdrain advantages.

Loma fight more interesting...Bud gives a beating to Pac

Pac should avoid Crawford and fight Loma which is a more interesting and competitive fight. Crawford would knock Pac out or the fight would have to be stopped. Pac is 39 and has fought top fighters his whole career. No need to take on a killer like Crawford at this stage in his career. Loma no cake walk either however at least Pac would have size and power advantage with Crawford other than experience he wouldn't have any advantage and at 39 that's a recipe for disaster.
