He's actually pushed AJ everytime. Klitschko was 50:50 on paper and turned out that way, even Martin at the time people were telling him he was an idiot to do that fight, Fury lost a lot of money betting on AJ getting flattened.
You fight top 10s and manadtorys everytime your hiding from no one , please , please Mr Wilder change your ways and do the same no more attempts to defend against the Andrzej Wawrzyk of the world.
If you love Deontay don't let him go back to that rubbish , I'd rather see a fighter who stepped up took risks that 51-0 but just fought bum of the week. Ortiz was good he was top 10, Washington was ok but man 30 odd fights and your a baby heavyweight who needs protecting you should sack your manager for saying that with AJ ten fights earlier it was give me Klitschko. That's how you get your 50:50.
as for klitschko he fought a man in his 40's who had hadnt fought in nearly 2 years coming off a loss to fury! klitschko a few years beforehand would have completely schooled him
wilder beat a game ortiz dont forget, a harder challenge than joshua has had to face and yes wilder got pamoered early in his career like most do but lets not forget hes the most avoided heavyweight out there another reason for his so called padded recordComment

charles martin took a dive..clear to see and shows the legitimacy of that belt in the first place

You could say that AJ beat a 'game' Klitschko? because the Vlad that turned up to Wembley would have destroyed any other heavyweight that night and the right hand he dropped AJ with would have put most people asleep.
Wilder has been pampered his entire career, fact. Stiverne is a useless, fat, waster of a punchbag and we've been over Ortiz.Comment

No one truly knows how old Ortiz is! He's older than Vlad.

my issue is not with joshua he seems like a stand up bloke but hearn is a ****ing runt who's more interested in getting his own face in the headlines rather than making the fights we all want to see..modern day promoter i guessComment

This article has absolutely nothing to do with that bird legged hick.
I can see how this is going to play out, any article which has anything to do with the heavyweight division is going to have all Wilder fans removing their hands from his ***** and writing mindless dribble.
Has he announced his fight against an AJ leftover yet? Hopefully Brezeale him.
Just while we are on the topic Hearn has only ever struggled in 2 negotiations: AJ/Wilder & Eubank/Golovkin.
He has dealt with Groves, Higgins & Cyclone promotions (Barry McGuigan), Arum, Haye even old fish eyes.... Who are all known to be absolutely horrendous when it comes to making fights (Groves/Haye make ridiculous petty demands as to the colour of the promotional posters!!!)but he gets the job done.
In the first 2 cases noted above both fighters (Wilder/Eubank) agreed to fight and then suddenly lost their pen.
I won't be too harsh on Wilder as I understand he struggles to even write his initials never mind his whole name, maybe let him try in pencil first then he can trace over it in pen if he gets it right?
Enough of this contract bull****e. Let me give to you one of the more educated quotes on this site.
“No champion (with a belt) should sign a completely one-sided contract for a championship fight. Nor should they sign a contract with pertinent info left out (re: date of event; location of event).
A-side/B-side nonsense don't matter. A championship fight that is gonna draw world attention should be fair and equitable to both fighters - period. The AJ/Hearn nonsense was none of that ... it really is mindless for anyone to insist that a champion fighter should accept any old contract with any kind of blatant unfair and demeaning conditions in it. If a fighter CHOOSES to sign it (for their own reasons) okay, fine ... he signed a bad deal (knowingly by choice). But, if they choose to pass honestly we should all applaud. As fans we should want championship fights to be good deals for the fighters. No fan should be mouthing about a fighters skill, heart, or desire based on said fighter not signing a bullsheet contract. That would be a fan-girl talking. Not a fan, nor an educated adult.
As educated adults, and fight fans, we should want every fighter to get a fair contract, based on the risks and inevitable damage fighters suffer doing their craft.
I'm not anti-AJ or anyone else. But BS is BS. I never remember an opponent of Ali bringing a stinking contract to the public's attention as a complaint. They must have gotten a "reasonable" and decent contract for the time. That's called respecting your opponent, your trade, and ultimately yourself. Particularly in highly anticipated world event types of fights.
BS is BS ... all fans should call it like it is, no matter who you like. Only kids and ignorant people wear blinders when it comes to business (and "root" for their favs regardless) Fight fans want everyone to win and be well in the BUSINESS of the fight.”Comment

Luis Ortiz was born March 29, 1979 which makes him 39 years old
Vlad as you call him was born
March 25 1976 which makes him 42 years old. I know public education took a dive but cmon man this is simple google search and mathematicsComment

If it wasn't a decent offer he wouldn't have accepted it in the first place?
I'm ignoring all the other ****e you said, business is business and the fact he's been offered 10x his highest purse and rolls reversed in the rematch should he win I'd say that's pretty good business.
It literally comes down to him swallowing his pride and accepting that the offer made is going to be the best he will get, unless of course his team want to put forward a counter offer. After all they can give AJ $50m guaranteed (apparently) and still pay Wilder what he wants... why aren't they coming back with that?
Wilder should be asking his team to do that, if it's a $100m fight (it isn't, it's £40m tops) which he seems to think then there should be no reason not to offer that if he want's 50/50?Comment
