Different weight classes? Many skipped that issue a few months back when saying GGG was ducking the monster!

Why would they call for the fight? Lara just lost to Hurd, GGG is now busy with fights. When he wasn’t busy people call for that fight since he was being ducked.

I remember the forum getting crowded for the Lara GGG fight and GGG's outrageous duck of him. Surely one fight doesn't change the fact that he is a monster who will go up a division and KO its elites?

Had a Tough loss to Hurd in a great fight would have won if he wasn’t dropped in the 12th

No ones calling for that fight because Gennady has stepped up the last year andnfaced the best MWs

But agree with the statement that most fans are fairweather fans

Someone made a thread wanting people to list their 5 favourite fighters and I bet 80% of the fighters that were listed still had their 0 or Loma ( because he gets a pass for whatever reason ) which is f.ucked up it seems like if a fighter catches a L fans jump off the bandwagon so quick suprised they don’t bust their ankles

If all fighters were like AJ, Whyte or Parker who go into consistent decent fights then it would be easier to continue being a fan, but when after a loss they revert to fighting stiffs for another 5 fights until they can cash out, its hard to keep enjoying them. and it shows their mentality . fighters act like a loss ruins their career so the fans react and view them accordingly.

It happens on here frequently. A fan favorite or boogeyman loses and everyone forget that they existed. Lara wasn't necesarily a fan favorite but he was seen as someone that could beat Golovkin. I never thought that but aparently quite a few people thought he could.

They were ****** to ever think he had any chance to beat GGG. He fought draws with Vanes and Molina and damn near lost to slow plodding Angulo. All guys GGG would slaughter and knockout very quickly.

Nobody claimed Lara would beat GGG. He would've been his best win is all. Still would really.
