Golovkin fought his fight and Canelo didn't fight his usual style.
Effective Aggression is when you actually can land punches. Again at least I saw some boxing skills from Canelo and not Boxing101 Jab only like im an amateur.

Have you even ever boxed before?? Because you mistake basic 7 year old starting skills for talent.

Dont get me wrong. The jab is the foundation of boxing. Its SUPPOSED to set everything else up.

Compare it to ice skating? ALL Pros can ice skate and do the basics but why should they win a round for doing basic laps while others are doing more advanced tricks with success???

Well Golivkin did land punches in the first round. He outlanded Canelo in the first round. The flip side of what your saying is Canelo got hit more than Golovkin despite the fact he was fighting primarily a defensive fight. In other words Canelo's defense was ineffective. A jab is a scoring punch whether you like it or not. Landing power punches on an opponent when the opponent is constantly moving backwards is difficult as you can tell by the punch stats. The jab was landing more accurately so Golovkin kept using it.
Bottom line is Golovkin forced Canelo back, Canelo rarely engaged, Golovkin landed more scoring punches than Canelo. Again, Canelo fighting for world titles did not perform up to expectations in that first round.

You gave GGG an "easy" 8 but a hard 12 or 13

Boxing is about landing more punches, commanding the ring, imposing your will. A punch is a tool used to get there. Whether it's a jab, an uppercut or any other punch it's a means to an end. I'm shocked that you boxed and don't know this..

I know this but actually saw the fight on big screen HD. Why you keep fkn with me and NOT your boys who gave GGG like 200 rounds???
