Mikey is one of the if not the most intelligent boxers today. He wouldnt call anyone out if he didnt think he could beat them. He must know something that we don't. Most of the people on this forum are only boxing fans and say this or that but at the end of the day hes a boxer with actual boxing knowledge.

It's always one thing or another... somehow Mikey is not in a rush to chase Loma. Loma has a way of getting Arum to do what he wants. If Mikey was serious about fighting Loma, there would be a way.

Having said that, I think Spence KOs Mikey. Mikey moving up to fight Spence is like Brook going up to fight Golovkin. Too bad Loma won't pull Amir Khan and won't move up to get KOd as well .

Realistically where does Mikey go after beating Easter?

All the credible fights at 135 or 140 are locked up due to promotional nonsense (Loma/Beltran) or tournaments (Prograis & company).

Why not fight Spence? He would've already knocked off a few of Barry Hunter's pupils. Why not go for one more?

He probably won't win, but I'd watch it for sure. I mean we watched Oscar fight B-hop. Brook fought GGG. There are lots of other examples. If he thinks he can take him, I say go for it lol It'll be entertaining either way.

Spence has nothing to gain from this. It has to be a fight where both guys have the same to gain. If Spence
Loses to a guy coming up from weight, it looks bad.
