how much time do you need to come back after a KO loss?

i was watching a local fight that happened early this year, a rematch between cesar barrionuevo (who was rumored to be lippinets comeback opponent) and luciano veron.

barrionuevo won both fights by KO. the thing is that the first fight took place on october 7th, 2017. the rematch, january 20, 2018.

    seems terrible to me.

i leave both fights if you guys wanna check them out.

    first one

    rematch

Depends, if its like a one punch early KO or a brutal sustained beating ending in a KO like gassiev - dorticos, which imo should be AT LEAST 1 year before he gets back in the ring, and even then im not sure he will ever be the same.

It depends on the way a boxer was KOed. I have seen early stoppages and the boxer was not hurt much. He could fight again any time he wanted with no problem. If a boxer is knocked out cold for a minute or more the way Canelo KOed Khan, Marquez KOed Pacquiao and Pacquiao KOed Hatton 6 months off would be a good idea. If they have not recovered in 6 months they probably won't ever recover.
