I think this is the fight to make. Welters are a tad to big for Manny at this stage, lomemchanko to small, so fight at your best weight around 140 or at a catch weight with Garcia someone who in between.

This would give Pacquiao one last super fight with a new undefeated champion to solidify how great he is or pass the torch.

Garcia is a solid technician,with decent power,and moderate defence. The thing is,he isn't that fast,and he hasn't proven that he can hurt the bigger guys yet (broner seemed to be unaffected by his power during the fight.). Even at this age,pac would be able to find a home for the straight left, especially considering how Mikey has lapses in defence. Pac is an old dog at this point,but his skills and experience would show Mikey a whole new level to the boxing game. Pac by late stoppage (rounds 10-12) or a 117-111 kind of decision,where Mikey looks good in spots because of his youth and well rounded fundamentals.

Manny can make 135 according to many on NSB. Drop down and fight Mikey at 140. 135 IMO would be too much to drop down to.
