Does Terry have the balls to go fight Manny in Malaysia/Macau/Manila the way Errol Spence went to Sheffield to KO Brook?

Crawford is ten times better than Lucas and I think he and Spence can both beat Pacquiao. Pac beats all other welterweights in my opinion but not the top two. Spence and Crawford are great just like Pacquiao but they are young, prime and much bigger than natural lightweight Pacquiao.

I don't think we should get in the habit of having any fights, let alone title fights, without OST PED testing of some kind.

Malaysia doesn't have required testing and MP Promotions can't afford to pay for tests.

I think the best place to have the Crawford/Manny fight is Vegas. Manny brings in fans, Crawford brings some fans from Nebraska.

Most importantly, Top Rank will pay for VADA testing.

Fight would do well and Manny could pay off his tax liens and Crawford, if he wins, will have the big PPV victory he needs to hpefully become the next PPV star in the sport.
