I gave 3 solid reasons why I supported the previous posters' assertion that Davis has "character flaws".
Who he hangs out with.
How he handles criticism.
What's his modus operandi.
I closed my post with the following:
Gervonta is actually a soft spoken guy who I'd probably like more if he wasn't all about the bling & was simply more about the "work" rather than the "show".
If you can't see the merrits here, then it's you that's simply turning a blind eye to justified criticism.

I liked what I've seen from him so far but he needs to step up his competition in a major way. The worst thing a young fighter could do is to get used to fighting low level fighters, you lose the hunger, the motivation and the sharpness, plus you become overconfident, they need to keep him on his toes a lot more, I hate inactivity and he's way too inactive for that stage of his career.
