I'm going out on my own here, but I for one am happy with DAZN and the price point, the signings are decent for starters and if fast Eddie can replicate even a little of the success he's had in the UK then we are in for some great shows. It surprises me that when there is something new like this that will ultimately only help our sport... there happens to be so much negativity towards it on here, if you don't like Hearn fair enough but what he is trying to do should be applauded.(I thought this forum was for boxing fans)??

I for one am glad to know that. Without this bit of insight, I would have been clueless and would have been embarrassed the next time someone asks me, what the greatest thing that happened to the sport of boxing is. Like a dummy, I would have said something ******, like the Muhammad Ali v Frazier fight of the century fights or the four kings fighting each other, or something else that pales in comparison to what Hearn is talking about.
I know I’m British and he does talk crazy most times. Let me take this opportunity to apologise on behalf of my fellow countryman. Half the times he doesn’t know what comes out of his mouth.

The greatest thing to happen in boxing was Joshua vs Klitschko........ you are welcome✌🏿

What a way to open up Dazzy Duck Zone with Baby Miller punking the so called Micheal Jordan of Queen land, then the introductions off the PPV stars Vargas, BOO BOO and the rest of the CROO. Then Eddie the snake crack a couple of great sarcastic jokes of Wilder and how many media was there compared to Wilders last fight which drew over 14,000 at Barclays, lollllllll

I never said it was a charity, it’s obviously a business, but following your logic Spotify wouldn’t exist.

I’d prefer not to watch a version with Ukrainian commentary and install
proxies etc on my business machine. Once they get the tech right it’s def a better option than the big two networks dominating.

Look at it from another angle. Ask most 3rd tier boxers in a gym when they will get paid again and they’ll say they’re waiting to find out. Poor guy is up 5am every morning for a run and doesn’t even know when he’s getting paid. It’s BS, the UFC model doesn’t make everyone a millionaire but it does give people chance for a living wage whilst they get their name out there.

If DAZN is offered as a ROKU subscription channel I might try it. The reason for Roku is that it would allow me to watch what is available on DAZN on my HD TVs. If DAZN is only available as a mobile or PC App then it is destined to fail.
