Unfortunately this probably means that the WBC title will not be in this tournament so we will not have an undisputed bantamweight champion.

I wouldn't bet against the WBC getting involved somehow. Expect some kind of Diamond title somewhere in the equation.

The title is vacant right? Not sure if there are any upcoming fights for that title, but they could put it up for grabs for any fight in the tournament

Beat Melvin Solano for the WBC Silver bantamweight title in his second pro fight -- that itself bumps you up world level with the World Boxing Council, then Mikhail took a couple 0's defending it ; last win was vs. Alexander Espinoza top 50. Add the fact Aloyan went to the 2016 Rio Olympics and competed for the gold but later stripped factors.
