  • Comments Thread For: Lomachenko's Manager Gives Update on Rehabilitation, Return

WBA lightweight champion Vasyl Lomachenko (11-1, 9 KOs) caused a bit of a stir last week on social media when he stated that he'd be ''back'' on August 25th, which was supposed to be the date of his next fight after defeating Jorge Linares on May 12th at the Madison Square Garden in New York City.

I thought August would be way too soon. Lomachenko vs Manny sounding more and more possible.

If what Loma people said its true, that Loma wont go one pound over 135 for Manny, you can forget it,unless Manny is willing to sell his soul and fight at 135.

Yup...it might actually be easier for him at 135. He'd just maintain his normal weight and dehydrate 5-6 lbs for the weigh-in.

With Loma having a *****ed up shoulder and Manny getting drained like Dela Hoya, i think it's a pretty even fight.
