yo i herd under 10 stone wear 8oz gloves and above wear 10oz.....ne one care to tell me if thats true or not

also in amatuer boxing y do u hav to wear vest and y r all gloves got white tips

about the white tips i think its so the judges can see the punches land , with it having a point system and tht , and the vest is so the judges know whos who so points aint going to the wronge person

nice..now i no...about the gloves...wot sizes do u wear..am 10.5 stones....thats bout 150lbs

i wear 8oz greenhills , im just over 8 stone im real light cos im 5ft8 so im light and tall

white part of da glove- so u can c if da fighter is landin with da knuckle part of da glove, helpful to da ref and judges!
