Pacquiao might fight Horn in the Philippines next if not forget Horn. Fight the Top 3 welterweights namely Crawford, Spence or Thurman because fighting someone else not in the list doesn't make sense anymore.

Pac is going to have to rematch Horn first to show he still has enough left to challenge for a title. He probably won't cause he doesn't think he can. Say what you want about Horn but he wasn't afraid to press Pac, exposing his aging boxing.
