Deontay Wilder's other options...

It's funny that you actually try to be some sort of credible poster on here as a lot of the time your posts come across as a wannabe in the know 15 year old. Finkel said in a fighthype interview the date wasn't the issue, would you like me to get you a link?Comment

I have followed Finkel's public statements very closely and Finkel has shown emails to the media that back up his side of the story.
Finkel says he was waiting on a date from Hearn and eventually Hearn said the date would be April because they'd decided to fight Povetkin first.
Finkel had no issue with Wilder signing a contract that didn't have a specific date as long as there was language guaranteeing the fight would be next.
Hearn never sent a contract that guaranteed the fight would be next. Hearn's own version of events makes this clear.Comment

If Deontay took 4 millions and knock Whyte out in UK he would be negotiating 40% for Joshua fight right now... But instead we have this.Am going to first say am tired with this whole saga, it does make for interesting reading doe, having said that I still believe Wilder was dumb to reject the 4m dollars that was offered to him for Whyte. Personally if he had won by KO in the U.K., I think his profile would have made more money and force the Joshua fight even more in terms of getting a good payday. He would have been known to the U.K. audiences, but all in all hope it happens in April.Comment

When did Hearn send a contract that guaranteed the fight was next? Hearn himself has never even claimed that.^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^
