I would like to say something about Manny Pacquiao

I want to preface this by saying Manny beat a washed up guy tonight but washed up at Manny's level if that makes sense.

I had a blast watching the old man tonight. Pac is by my count one of the best offensive fighters I have ever seen. Absolute joy to watch when he is on like tonight. Its a shame most you fckrs have
separated yourselves off into pro Pac or against. You wont see another like him for a long time if ever. I was smiling the entire time watching him tonight, you are a fool if you have let some petty **** keep you from enjoying watching a man of his talent destroy a very good and dangerous fighter like he did tonight.

A lot of you wont believe this but you will miss him when he is gone. I had some serious hate for Lennox Lewis back in the day. I was ****** not to recognize what he was doing and appreciate it as it was happening.

It was good seeing him turn it on again. Even if it was against Lucas.

Manny should retire and never step foot on US soil again if he knows whats good for him

I liked watching him work in there....but seriously to hear the announcers talk, idk who would beat him worse if he ever comes back to America. The top 147 or uncle sam for those taxes he owes

You do understand the class difference in tonight's fight don't you, I was surprised it went as long as it did after the first round I expected Manny to stop him in 2-3 or 4.

The main I expected, the prelims were great fights it was quality boxing all night I enjoyed the whole card.

What true boxing fan didn't appreciate Pacquiao in his prime??Even the Floyd fanboys can agree Pacquiao was one of the most incredible offensive talents ever seen in boxing.

I agree about stepping on US soil, If he can still fight like this he can still beat the hell out of alot of the WW out there. Im not talking the Spence's or Crawford's of the world but he can defend against the bottom half of the top ten and make bank and the WBA will let him.

Great post. He may be a shell of his former self, and Lucas is certainly not world class, but it was a good win at 39 and in his 69th fight.
