ESPN+, streaming from tablet to chromecast, from my phone it seems it wants to stream at very high quality and it keeps pausing, while on the tablet its a bit lower quality but un paused stream, i have no issues streaming 4k on other apps dont know why it wont steady stream this HD stream

ESPN+ and then I connected to chromecast. Not bad quality, just a bit dark picture....But maybe that's just because the arena is lighted that way?
