I will say this. I trained alongside Prograis and the Charlo twins at Savannah Boxing Gym in Houston 5+ years ago, before they were known. Regis would spar with Jermall. I remember one time when Jermall got frustrated and tried to open up against Regis...and Regis held his own despite the weight class difference. Not surprised at all Regis walks thru junior welterweights and lightweights. If you didn't bet on him against Indongo and a couple fights before, you lost out on $.
Took too many head shots for my liking. Prograis reminds me of Matthyese with his slow plodding style. I've taking a few close looks at his past few fights and conclude that he seems a bit limited..
