If it's legal in Nevada that is where they are fighting so there is nothing he can do about it. As you say he is free to wrap GGG's hands the same exact way if he thinks it gives a boxer an advantage. Most fans don't know it but the way Trinidad wrapped his hands for Hopkins and then had to rewrap them is legal in every state and country but New York. You must go by the rules of the place you are fighting in.

The funny part is if you look at any internet poll GGG was picked as the winner.

Trinidads handwraps when he fought Vargas had that stacking technique. When he fought Cherifi in PR he had the same wrap. Trinidad got some hands and big ass knuckles so i think that stacking is just to protect the hands. Tito still wore the punchers gloves while Canelo wore the winning brand.
