Comments Thread For: Bradley: Pacquiao Still Matches Up Well With Any Welterweight

Timothy Bradley believes Manny Pacquiao still can compete with anyone in the stacked welterweight division. The Filipino icon is 39 and hasn't fought in more than a year. The retired Bradley, who fought Pacquiao three times, doesn't think those factors will stop Pacquiao from at least being very competitive with Lucas Matthysse on Saturday night.

What are the chances we see Manny in a PPV fight with Thurman coming of his injury? I've been thinking about this for a minute.

I could see Manny taking the money if it was offered from Showtime. With the Arum dispute official, you never know lol

Probably wishful thinking but you never know with boxing.

If Pac is free of Arum, why didnt he go fight Spence, Thurman, Garcia, Khan or Broner. He could've gotten away with a Broner fight (they would've made money). He needs to hire a manager

Pac would be taken to bits by Spence and Crawford. That time has already arrived.

I don't know how much water that statement holds after he struggled so badly with Jeff Horn. He definitely doesn't match up well with the top guys like Spence or Crawford.

I doubt it... Bradley praises Manny everytime he can cause Manny beat him pretty easily 3 times but lets be real here, its a new era.

This is very true. Unfortunately pac is no longer in top 5 and it’s a toss up between him and the bottom 5. Time waits for no man and the KO loss to Marquez didn’t help

Maybe he thinks by winning the belt is more important than making money.
                  Maybe not.
