From 35 to 45, the powerplay from GGG paid off.

ggg isn't lying. I don't think he wanted to fight Canelo again. I think he feels he will lose the rematch.

Sure he wasn’t paying attention that’s why he agreed . Canelo is your biggest payday. Then what were you paying attention to the welterweight division.

You gotta give Golovkin his props for staying firm in negotiations. Golden Boy cracked and him his money's worth. Even if he doesn't command the same popularity as Canelo does he deserves it. GGG holds three pieces of the middleweight belts and was also the one wronged for what happened with their initial rematch date. Canelo and team caved in which I gotta say GGG stuck to his guns and got his way. Now hopefully he can score that knockout to put the cherry on top.

I think GGG believes he will win but he is a realist and since Canelo is a good fighter he also knows there is a possibility he'll lose. Even though Canelo won't admit it he also know he could possibility. If GGG loses (fairly) he will take it in stride and either go forward or retire. If Canelo loses (fairly) he will make excuses and not accept the loss as being to a better fighter. The difference in GGG and Canelo (psyche wise) is GGG is much more of an adult.
