If Canelo wins I guarantee the mandatory won't be upheld. That's not a shot at Canelo, Sulamain has enough sense to not try and mandate anything against Canelo. Especially after the last time they tried to mandate a title defense against Golovkin.

I said that Golovkin will never fight Charlo..... and I formed that conclusion based on the fact that Golovkin has NEVER willingly signed a dangerous fight unless it involved a huge payday from Canelo..... not..... once..... EVER!!
