Nope, you see, when there is no testing, no one fails a test for peds. And if no one fails a test, that means no one took any peds. Just ask WesternLoser, he will tell you. Canelo took tests and he failed. Pac refuses to take the tests, so he is clean. That is what the Pac fans tell me. You see, if you refuse to take ped tests, that means you are clean.

You are only dirty, if you take the tests and fail one. And by never taking the tests, one can never fail a test. Thus, if Pac refuses to take any ped tests, it only proves he is clean.
