    Does the WBO do eliminators?

Comments Thread For: Kavaliauskas Beats a Game Abreu By Unanimous Decision

Egidijus Kavaliauskas couldn't knock out Juan Carlos Abreu on Saturday night. The welterweight contender nicknamed "Mean Machine" managed to win a unanimous decision, though, and might've moved closer to a shot at WBO welterweight champion Terence Crawford. Lithuania's Kavaliauskas was scored the winner of their 10-round, 147-pound bout by all three judges at at Save Mart Center in Fresno, California.

Damn that was disappointing. Egis better stay away from Bud 4now. He'll lose every rounds.

Bud's in house fights looking pretty bad. I thought Kavaliauskas would have done much better.

ESPN hypejob just got badly exposed! Kavaliauskas cannot handle movement or fight backwards and sht stamina and was holding on. The top 147 pounders would use him as a punching bag.

Kava vs Horn. Crawford is too all around good and Spence will cut him in half. He's too flat footed and straight ahead. Horn will mix it up with him, he gots no choice.

None of the Top Rank welterweights can really compete with Bud. They best option they have is to try to fight Kerman Lejarraga next year.

WBO top 15 is really weak, I'm sure Benavidez will suddenly appear in the next WBO rankings and get the shot. There's really nobody in that top 15 that can hang with Crawford, Jessie Vargas would have been the best one had he stayed with TR

Not a lot of prospects for Crawford! Ugas would beat both Benavidez and Kavaliauskas!
