even more of a reason that it's a nonsense excuse. If you're the biggest name in boxing and a multi millionaire, you should take any precautions necessary to ensure that you don't eat tainted meat. This isn't a new problem in Mexico, it's been known since 2011 which is when those soccer players tested positive. Plus, his trainers are butchers by trade. Isn't it odd that Canelo tested positive for something that helps with weight loss and stamina, 2 things that are known issues for him. Coincidental?

The amount of meat markets in Mexico with tainted meat in 2018 in not a large percentage compared to the ones that don't have tainted meat. The fact is, Canelo was tested much sooner leading into a fight than he ever was and for the first time, vada actually went to Mexico to test him and didn't wait until he came for camp in the US. If Canelo was truly caught off guard by the earlier testing and VADA going to Mexico then he shouldn't have been able to manage the clen levels so precisely.

Had Canelo been tested just 1 week later (which is the nor al time frame of when he usually gets tested leading into a fight) he would've tested negative. Good chance that he was trying to manage his usage precisely and only got caught because he was tested sooner.

To get the desired effect from using clen Canelo would have required higher dosages than what was found in his system.

And as I understand it ramping down the amount of clenuterol usage has no strategic advantage. People who use it take what they need then just cut it off cold turkey, they don't wean themselves off.

I think you are right on the money!!! No other fighter right now fights twice a year on an exact date! Meanning if canelo wanted to cheat it be real easy for him to do it! Due to him having exact dates for his fights! He can control at this point all the cycles of whatever he wanted to use knowing when he would get tested and avoid being exposed! Every day it's several more boxing scene top headlines from Oscar saying Canelo is really really mad now and will absolutely give GGG a brutal beating and win by KO. Same thing with Canelo everyday.
