Yes, I was trying to see if there was PED testing for the fight because I was wondering how Manny/Matts get to circumvent the WBA program. What else was I trying to do?

Funny but it seems every time manny needs a comeback win, the fight doesn't have PED testing. Maybe it's just a coincidence.

Because Floyd was the a side so he did things that a sides do. Like ODH made Floyd wear gloves. Like SRL making sure the ring was maximum size against Hagler. Manny making cotto come in at 145. floyd wanted he and Manny to take PED tests. really not a big deal.

It's possible Lucas used as well but He doesn't have the same history as Manny.

Respectfully, if this was any other fight, the speculation would be the same, it would just be coming from Manny fans rather than people like me.

JMM isn't a cheater. He doesn't have a history of refusing tests so I'm sure he was clean.

Was after the Manny fight. Like I said, he didn't have history prior to that fight. It isn't history if it occurs afterwards.

although it was against lucas, i was actually surprise at pac's defense. first time seeing him keeping his hands up at all times. all the right lucas threw was blocked off by manny's arms and gloves.
