I'm glad the writer is actually noticing what is going on and calling Top Rank out for it.

It's refreshing to see because the boxing media usually tends to give Bob Arum a pass.

Ramirez is clearly being protected from Prograis and from the World Boxing Super Series.

Keep up, Prograis vacated his mandatory position to enter the World Boxing Super Series (as long as he wins next week). Then Josh Taylor became Ramirez mandatory when he beat Postol. But Taylor has joined the World Boxing Super Series now too.

Ramirez should do the right thing and join these two great fighters in the WBSS

Keith idec typical not giving Mexican or black fighters their due respect, unless the fighter is 'white' , the same promotional company is doing the same thing with lomachenko, lomachenko is fighting soft opposition aside from Jorge Linares who was toe to toe with him and dropped him, and he gets called the best pound for pound fighter LMFAO p

Let's just call it what it is. Ramirez is a fighter on the wrong side of 25 and in his physical peak. He'd been a pro for 6/7 years and this is where he is at. He's an average fighter who they manipulated to become a champion. They don't want him exposed by putting in the ring with as real that. Just call it for what it is and move on from the guy

Odd how unproven fighters like Ramirez get called out for this, but when Bummed was doing the same thing, it was, oh my gosh, he is p4p champ! Yes Ramirez isn't fighting any top opponent, but neither is Bummed, and no articles pointing that out.
Indongo and Postol are not top 10 maybe never were...and the writer of this article knows damon well that the fighter has little say in who he faces at this point.

****** article meant to create controversy Ramirez will fight anyone and he means it

They’ll catch up to him eventually though and when they do he can kiss that title goodbye.
LMAO if you had any clue...Prograis turned down fighting Ramirez!! Lol you guys need to get facts...oh BTW Pac, Bradley and Alvarado all turned down fighting Ramirez as well.

No one actually wants to fight him and Prograis spouting off is damage control

Ramirez cant duck anyone...the fight was turned down already by Prograis team...

If you knew Jose Ramirez you would know he is itching to fight all the beat guys, but they all turn the fights down...he's a scary fighter and they don't want any...despite their damage control talking
