Embarrassing opponent for Brook. No excuse for this - in my eyes he's worse than the last fellah Brook fought. Far worse actually, the guy is canadian for starters - that's an instant bad sign. secondly he got KOd by a plastic jug previously.

Hearn has far too much say in the state of affairs here but I suppose if it wasn't him putting safe fights together for Con and Brook it would be ole Cod eye's who put a cracker together for Tyson Fury.

This is the "Matchroom way." When you hear Eddie Hearns constantly saying things such as "He needs a promoter" what is he saying is the fighter needs someone to protect him, put up smoke and mirrors allowing the fighter to get a big fight as if he has earned it.

I give Khan more of a pass due to the fact he does posses a salty resume...but we all knew from the get when Khan signed the plan was to give both he and Brook sparring partners until they face each other.
