Straight duck. If this is the kind of coward stunt he's pulling then he might as well retire right now.

He’s fought anyone anywhere in his whole career, I’m not a huge fan of his but you can’t hate on him for wanting to cash out

No surprises here, he's on his way out so why not go for the big fights if he can secure them

I cannot say you are wrong what a duck, granted he was going to get pulverized

Who is he gonna fight in a big money fight George Groves really, if he said Eubank be interested

              World level he is done

I’d love to give DeGale some credit, but this is a straight duck here. Plain and simple..

I'd be down with your sentiment if his recent record was impressive but it's not been. A dubious draw to Badou Jack followed by a loss to Truax and then winning unconvincingly in a stinky rematch isn't the kind of form that grants you the privilege to evade a legit challenger like Uzcategui and avoid criticism. Fair enough if he's got another, better fight already lined up, but I doubt that. Groves is committed to the WBSS final, and the only other name that would make me take notice would be Eubank - and if Degale was in negotiations to fight Eubank I feel like one way or another we'd have heard about it by now.

That would be an interesting matchup though. Two guys who are skilled and physically gifted but tactically inept.

You should be a promoter, starting to like the sound of Eubank vs Degale
