jack even with the low blows couldnt deter adonis...and jack imo would put hands on gvozdyk!!

i'd have to ask is gvozdyk capable of taking the shots jack took until jack turned it around
and most importnatly adonis will be 41 the night of the fight and leave a DIRTY, but brutal, 2nd half of a fight with jacks...so how much does that take out of you??
i went in to the jack fight thinking adonis was stilll all the way there and he was until those low blows....THIS FIGHT will answer some questions if it goes late and he's giving gvozdyk some kind of less or whooping still
Just have consistent standards man. That's all anyone asks. And if you had a real eye for boxing you would have seen that Adonis Stevenson has lost snap on his punches since the Thomas Williams Jr fight at minimum (who gave Stevenson a real fight despite the fact that Williams was beaten badly by Campillo who in turn was beaten badly by both Kovalev and Beterbiev. That should tell you how far behind the Showtime top 175s like Stevenson and Jack are from the HBO/ESPN ones), just like you would know that GGG has lost snap on punches (and stamina same as Stevenson), Kovalev has although not as much, and most other fighters over the age of 32 especially ones being drug tested.
But yeah man, I would say Stevenson is 7% to 10% slower than he was in his prime, and his gas tank has declined 20%. Just guesstimates, but I can see the difference in his punches. Still has a very powerful, perfect form left hand, and it's still snappy, but it's not snappy like it used to be when it was one of the snappiest in the sport of boxing. It's similar to Manny Pacquiao when he fought Cotto compared to Manny Pacquiao by the time of 2nd and 3rd Bradley fights, or the Floyd fight. Still a nice left, but not the slingshot it used to be.Last edited by Boxing Logic; 07-02-2018, 03:59 PM.
