Ortiz is no bum. Parker is no bum. Povetkin is no bum. These are all competitive fights against fighters that most would put in their top5 in the world.

To fight for the WBA you have to be VADA tested, you can just google his testing record, so yes. Joshua all the time, Povetkin has to do it to compete for the WBA. Parker skipped a test prior to his fight but tested for the fight.

He also undergoes year round random UKAD testing in addition since the Olympics, they were the ones that caught Molina, Whytes energy drink and Furys coke and they ban hard
