How had he not achieved as much as him?? He was undefeated and a unified champ,P4P #1 while Manny had been ko'd 3 times already...How would Manny be the A side?

Pace always had a better resume than floyd and best all common opponents more convincingly or more times yet wouldn't be allowed to be no1 pfp.

3.) "Crackhead money", only 15 Million, only 6 times his highest payday

When Floyd was the A side it was common practice that only he got a rematch clause and the NSAC (Nevada State Athletic Commission) also picked the officials. Also when did Floyd ever pay his opponents 15 Million or 6 times their highest purse? He paid Canelo 5 Million and Cotto 8 Million, and his other opponents got even less.

When did any of Floyds opponent ever complain or cry as much as Deontay and his team do right now?

Most of the people in this forum were totally fine with Floyd calling the shots when he was the A side fighting all these other high profile fighters and world champions but now they critique Anthony Joshua for doing the same?

Thats called hypocrisy. Double Standards. Bias. Thats why this forum is suffering and many good posters are leaving or stopped posting. When you eventually only have all the biased sycophants, trolls and dummies left you can all have a great circlejerk.

Now you can enjoy Wilder fighting a couple more Haymon controlled pushovers, at least he got a ton of publicity and promotion from using Joshuas name in the last couple weeks, his Teams plan worked, use Joshuas name to promote Wilder and manipulate the gullible american fans.

There's a reason Finkel protected Wilder from Klitschko and never even tried to unify the titles with Parker in 40 fights while Joshua has done so in just 20.

Think about it, Wilder fights one good opponent, an old cuban on high blood pressure (whose best and only good win is Bryant Jennings) and almost gets knocked out, his team either wants a retirement fund or they want to keep milking the paperchamp vs inhouse nohopers like they did all his career.
No one is mad AJ can call the shots. Just mad that he chose to fight a 2 time PED cheat next instead of Wilder and pretended the Wilder fight was next when a number of signs indicated it wasn't.

Playing devil's advocate here, but... that doesn't sound bad against AJ when you think ofhow Wilder didn't fight said PED cheat when he found out Povetkin tested positive for Meldonium, but meanwhile, AJ doesn't care and is fighting that same guy anyways.

The better comparison is Wilder fought Ortiz who also tested positive. It does suck though that guys that test positive get title fights ahead of guys that cheat, regardless of who the champion is.

AJ is taking the easier fight. I completely understand all the reasons why. Had Hearn and he just said this, I think fans would've respected the honesty. Instead we went through all the BS.

what was the guranteed purse number that floyd turned down?

we know the number AJ turned down
Are you saying the Floyd/Pac fight wouldn't have been the biggest purse in history? We all know the money on offer was huge. Floyd waited though for Pac to age before fighting him.

Why, what other fight in history made more than that fight?

Floyd got away with it due to his villain act, while AJ plays the good guy

Yeah, but Cotto, Canelo and Oscar were huge draws in boxing so it was a sure thing they sell loads. It wasn't all on Floyd's back otherwise you'd show his PPV's for when he fought B level fighters and not the biggest draws in boxing.

What were the PPV's for Maidana, Ortiz, Guerrero and Berto?
