He could tell him the April date because it was booked, signed and sealed in writing with Wembley.

He could not give him the October/November date in Cardiff because it was not booked, signed and sealed with the Principality stadium.

He could only offer him assurances, in writing, that Joshua will fight Wilder before Povetkin if he could sign and seal a date for Cardiff in October or November.

Is that clear enough for you? Finkel had the offer for 4 weeks, and during that time Canelo/GGG took the spot, and therefore the Wembley venue for September (taking away profitability from AJ v Wilder in the US).

Yes I did see it, but it seems like you don't understand that he said this after he didn't send back the contract And of course because dinkle took 4 weeks to get back and accept the offer in which time GGG/canelo screwed up September for them.

He wrote to confirm it'd be this year and Joshua's next fight - And he's working on the exact date.
