the contract didnt state when the fight would be. when wilder wanted in writing that the fight would be next, hearn finally admitted the fight would be in 10 months after povetkin, so wilder refused to sign because eddie wouldnt keep his word about the fight being next.

Only ****** fans don't realize by now that if a fight is guaranteed to do at least 1 mil ppv buys, oferring a flat fee is just another way to duck the fight and pretend that you were interested in making it. Mayweather did that to pac, Canelo did it to ggg and now Joshua is doing it to wilder. They don't want the fight right now and if you think otherwise, you're an idiot.Comment

Wilder had agreed to go to Russia and fight Povetkin, but AP failed his drug test and the fight was canceled. Joshua is the A side and if he really wanted this fight it would have happened. All these Wilder fanboys typing essays and dissertations on here would NEVER pay to watch him fight on PPV unless it is against AJ. AJ is about to face another opponent who is greater than anyone that Wilder has fought. Enjoy watching this deluded Wilder fight bums for the foreseeable future.Comment

Joshua brings the fans, but Wilder brings the money! AJ turned down the largest guarantee in HW history ( 50m ) to face Wilder in the US, but yet was willing to face Big Baby Miller in New York at Barclays for small change. Go figure!Comment

The $15m offer for a undisputed heavyweight fight is a lowball offer they never thought Wilder would take. Sure, it's more than he's earnt before blah blah blah, but that's really not the point when you're looking at the value of the fight AND the fact that Parker got 30%!
I can't believe Wilder verbally agreed to it as it now puts him in a very weak position and gives Hearn another get out clause by saying "now he's changing his demands". The whole fight is in a way worse situation now and I acutally think it'll get pushed again now and Dillian Whyte will be the next fight instead.Comment

This is impossible to tell what to believe.
I know one thing though, the fight's not gonna happen at 50-50Comment
