      Yes, I think Horn's victory makes him more accomplished than Keef, lets add in the more accomplished Khan too.

        Nah, Manny is well past prime and while I'm not a big Manny fan ('*******') and I do like Jeff Horn (seems a nice guy) I did think he was very lucky to have the ref and judges he did.

        Spence and Crawford definitely pass the eye test, but in terms of resume at 147, Thurman is the guy, though that may very well change if he bumps into Spence / Crawford

          Exactly, in terms of resume...Keef isnt even a 1% of Pac's resume and Horn's single win over Pac, faded or not, is far superior than Keefthshssh 2 fight career...because let's be honest, all he has is Porter and Garcia.

          So going back to what I originally replied to. no he is not the most accomplished welter out there, not by some stretch.
