Hearn said the fight was next only leaving Cardiff venue open , so AGAIN an exact date was not important bc they have to see where they can fit in a 2018 schedule .

You contradicted yourself. If the open dates can be looked up for both venues, why couldn't Hearn secure a date in the last 5 weeks.

Saying the date isn't important is ludicrous. When you want to make a deal with someone, you ensure that contract details that will be negotiated after signature are agreed upon.

The only way a date would not be important would be if it clearly states that the Joshua/Wilder fight will definitely be next within a guaranteed time frame. Anything other than that is BS and leaving yourself open to getting screwed!

And according to Hearn all he told Finkel was that the WBA was calling regularly so how would Team Wilder think that Joshua signed to fight Povetkin?

Oh, you're right, there was no contract, but there was a written offer sheet viewed by Hearn. He said no. Not because he didnt receive a contract, but because AN wanted to fight in the UK.
