did the Joshua-Wilder negotiations even make the mainstream sports news? The vast majority of fans that will be buying this eventual matchup will be casuals and don't know or care about the negotiations. OTOH Canelo popping dirty Twice was big news in major sports publications, so Canelo's reputation really was soiled.

According to Hearn, making that fight on that September date was viable when the Canelo v GGG rematch wasn’t happening. The moment that fight was signed it made the Joshua v Wilder fight impossible for that date. Which mean 3/4 weeks later, I genuinely don’t see any thing wrong with that statement as much as I don’t truth Hearn. So Joshua/Wilder should be happening next in October/November depending on Wembley/Cardiff availability. I know the WBA has come out and said all that rubbish but if Wilder signs his contract this fight should still be happening in next, not in April 2019.
