Ripe for the picking!!! What a load of BS Hearn said ages ago the timing was crucial, he’s tried to negotiate despite having a bankable $20m for Joshua in Povetkin just sitting waiting...Wilder has every reason just to sign this **** and only one not to...cos he’s a pretender, his whole career is facade, look at it, seriously look at how many even top 10 ranked opponents, it’s a joke.

Wilder fans are basically Americans desperate for some hope that they have a credible HW, you don’t, the guy a clown and when they eventually fight and Wilder gets embarrassed, you can start trawling for the next one, cos it ain’t Wilder.

When Wilder beat Stiverne the first time, Stiverne was a consensus top 2-3 heavyweight in the world. When Wilder beat Ortiz, Ortiz was a consensus top 4 heavyweight in the world.

AJ has never beaten anybody that was even consensus top 5.

What the F, consensus? That’s not how boxing works. Stiverne was a terrible champ in a void of talent moment and the quickly got put back to his level, he was cr4p. Ortiz never fought for a world title despite being at least 50!! His record was lame and is literally the best opposition Wilder has faced.

Keep believing in him, please do, it’s fine, but there is gulf growing between the quality of experience AJ has faced versus Wilders and when they meet it’ll be obvious. Honestly, I believe Povetkin, Parker, Fury (in two more fights) and Whyte all beat Wilder... and AJ beats all of them. That’s how far apart this contest is, Wilder fans are just walking money in the bank for bookmakers.

Okay, so we should just go by rewritten history from UK fans and not what the world's leading experts actually had fighters ranked at the time? Gotcha.

So you're claiming he went pro at 42? And the footage of him in the amateurs looking like a very young man in his 20s, he was actually 40? Interesting.

Nobody here should be pretending like they know who's lying and who isn't because you don't know. It doesn't matter if a timeline of events is cataloged, all that does is track the chronology of public statements by both sides regarding the status of negotiations. They are telling the public what they want to tell them. If anyone thinks this definitively determines the exact specifics of the negotiations and who is clearly to blame for this fight not happening, they are either very naive, bias or just plain delusional.

Going by your consensus philosophy the vast majority of the worlds ‘experts’ believe AJ is the best HW in the world, which is also supported as fact by his possession of 75% of the belts. Check the resumes alone, the class fighter is very clear to see.

And if you believe Ortiz is the age on his record then you’re deluded. Hearn said it, many have said it, we don’t know how old he is, he’s on old mans medication FFS

"They offered us a much, much lower fee — and a flat fee not a percentage — and wanted the fight in England not America, and delayed in answering our questions – everything you can do not to fight, seemed like it was done. Whereas we offered the biggest purse in heavyweight boxing history as a guarantee, plus a percentage, and they didn't take it. - Jay Deas

Nuff' said! Everything we need to know is right there! I would only add that the $50 million dollar guarantee was a number that Joshua came up with! Shameful!

No...don’t you see...it’s not nuff said...you just said it ‘they offered’...that’s right they offered more than Wilder has ever been paid, more than any other opponent will earn him to become the undisputed world champ. It doesn’t matter if it’s being held in the car park of the dog and duck pub barefoot and fisted, Wilders only response should be YES!

"It doesn’t matter if it’s being held in the car park of the dog and duck pub barefoot and fisted..." Then it shouldn't have mattered that the fight would be in the U.S., especially when you're getting $50 million guaranteed and 50% of the total revenue!!! Joshua is a British B*tch!!!
