Yep, let's rock and roll in Tijuana!!! It will be a crazy war for 3 or 4 rounds until Eggington breaks down the old war horse. Margarito is a guy that deserves to go out with a brutal beating and I mean that in a respectful way. Like a soldier that's spent all his life going out on the battlefield, he's earned the right to die in the ringComment

Let's face it, Maragirto never got a stoppage win after the hand wraps incident, coincidence? Also his eye looks f***ed, he should be happy he got out of the Carson Jones fight with the win, but you know what?! WAR EL CYCLOPTICO! Bring on the egggggggg!Comment

You have it all wrong Mammoth, Margarito was one of my favorite damn fighters ever. I would be rooting hard for him in this fight despite how I would expect it to play out. The guy was a true villain in a sport that is really lacking them right now and even supporters of him like myself would tell you his character is questionable at best and possibly evil at worst, if all the stuff in the Cotto fight was legit. I understand how you could construe my hope to see Margarito in a war as hoping he gets hurt, but what kind of life is he really going to have after boxing anyways? It just seems fitting for him to end his career in an all action fight that ends with him taking a beat-down, call it poetic justice. I see it more as a way of honoring the fighter that he was, the captain going down with his ship so to speak, a worthy end.Comment
