Wtf. Way to boxing always ****ing up. This sport has no idea how to gain new fans or gain mainstream interest.

What is best for the sport overall is rarely what is best for the individual. Which is why boxing is the mess that it is. Without a definitive dominant organized league, it will always be like this. Right now we have four recognized major leagues, which is what allows this nonsense to happen.

Agreed, it's the modern world and I think when all's said and done people will pay it as it will have basically all the fights on and it will only be $20 a month... It's us British fans that will not get the benefit of it, that's my understanding anyway?

Nobody will pay for it. "Only" 20 a month to watch who? Whose worth it besides AJ? ESPN + has a large historic fight librarby, just as good as anyone(Outside of AJ) that you're gonna catch on Matchroom with with Top Rank and Golden Boy being supported by ESPN. It also has documentaries, and thing's of that nature relevant to American sports and its only $5 a month. And yet and still people were complaining about having to pay $5 to see Crawford vs Horn on ESPN +.

Boxing ain't popular enough to get away with $20 a month for Matchroom events.

I'll be happy if they forget that DIZZY thing and put this fight on ESPN. There's no market for it here and a dismal response will just turn into another excuse.

HBO Now is $12 (original content market leader)
Showtime is $11 (top player in original content)
