Judge Anthony Cuevas of the Court of First Instance in San Juan, determined that Diaz will be able to vacant World Boxing Organization (WBO) world title on July 28 in Kissimmee, Florida.

      look at Diaz is record and the guys he has beaten and tell me who he beat to get #1 in the world... I can't figure it out...? Still with his aggressive style and mean body punching I think he will take Ito out in the middle rounds...

          Doesn't matter. He's promoted by Bob Arum, that's why the WBO has him at #1.
